Do you work with clients outside Kazakhstan?
Yes. Our team works remotely and can discuss projects with businesses in different countries.
How do we start a project?
Send an email, WhatsApp message or inquiry through our contact page. We review the goals and propose next steps.
Can we hire you for one discipline only?
Yes. We offer web development, creative production, SEO and CRM/automation independently as well as in combined projects.
Do you provide an estimate before work begins?
After reviewing the requirements, we can prepare a scope, timeline and commercial proposal.
Can we pay in USD or EUR?
Available currencies, payment methods and documentation depend on the agreement and applicable banking requirements. We confirm the options before signing.
Do you sign an NDA?
Confidentiality terms can be agreed in writing as part of an appropriate project contract or separate agreement.
Will we have access to the website and systems?
Ownership, access rights and handover responsibilities are defined in the signed project agreement.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Ongoing support or new development can be scoped separately or included in a maintenance agreement.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes. We can work alongside in-house marketers, designers, developers and other agencies.
How long do projects take?
That depends on scope, complexity, approvals and available materials. We propose milestones after reviewing your brief.
What language will communication use?
English or Russian can be used for business communication. Additional languages and translation services depend on project scope.
